LTH provide a comprehensive and dependable after sales service through our dedicated and fully trained customer support team that are only a phone call away.

Whether it’s planned maintenance, emergency support, installation, on-site commissioning, product training, trouble shooting or calibration to traceable standards LTH provide all the support and service you could require.

Our maintenance packages can be tailored to suit customer’s requirements.

The technicians from our service division ensure that your process control equipment is functioning and operating as it was originally designed, reducing the risk of expensive production downtime through a pre-planned maintenance schedule.

LTH are an ISO9001: 2000 registered company who offer a 3 year warranty on all their instruments. In the event that your instrumentation fails or needs to be returned to our repair facility, it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently ensuring as little disruption as possible.

Through our on-site and in-house calibration facilities we are to able to ensure that your instrumentation remains within specification year on year. We can also provide test and calibration documentation traceable to national standards.

Whether you are returning items for calibration, modification, repair or credit please complete the goods return form before returning the items to our service department. Once we have received the items back you will receive an acknowledgement from us advising you of the estimated return date.

Products may only be returned for credit when a goods return form has been completed. A restocking charge may be charged to your account. We reserve the right to pass on any related charges received from our suppliers should a cancellation or credit be required.
